Is there a site available telling about legal drugs/hallucinogens?!

Question: i don't want to hear,"that's so bad for you, why would you want that???"
i want to hear answers to my question, and i hopefully hear about a good site that goes into it.

I WOULD ALSO BE VERY MUCH INTERESTED AND GIVE BEST ANSWER TO A PERSON WITH A SITE TELLING HOW TO MAKE ANY KIND OF HALLUCINOGENS/DRUGS HOMEMADE.

and i also couldn't find a category to put this under.
so i put it under the best one suited.

Using hallucinogens in the US IS illegal (therefore, there are no 'legal' hallucinogens) - notice that using LSD, which occurs in nature - is illegal, BUT educating people about them isn't, so here you go:

My favorite website when I was studying about Drugs and the Brain at university.

http://erowid.org/

I won't give you the direct answer you want in regards to making your own kind of hallucinogen, but if you spend a little time on that site I linked you to, you'll find the answers in there and then some.

Fascinating stuff, really. Don't use any myself, but it's fascinating all the same.

The best place to find this information is from your local fire department, they know how these drug labs are made because they rescue people out of these drug labs, and children, who end up having permanent neurological damage because their parents wanted to make crack.
To answer your question there is no legal drug/hallucinogen that you can get without a prescription, you will have to stick with breaking the law.
