What does a bartender normally do to be eligible to recieve a TAM card ?

What is done, classes, where do you go, what do you do ? In California


Answers:
As a server in Cali, I didn't need anything, but am not sure for bartenders. Check with a local restaurant because the laws could vary county by county. Some counties required a health card, but not an alcohol card.
