Answers: besides beer.
or anything like really nasty.
thankyou:)

Anything in excess, but more to the point anything that has large amounts of carbohydrates in it..Alcohol slows your liver.Slow liver=Slow weight loss.

Cider

mixed drinks with loads of sugar! like a pina colada or mai tai

"fruity" martinis have alot of sugar, margaritas... really almost anything with a blender like daquiris, a white russian has alot of heavy cream, a drink/shot made w bailey's and/or frangelico, wine has a good bit of calories as well :)

Beer is actually the one that will make you gain the least having as little as 95 calories per serving average being about 125-140. But admittedly going up to well over 200.

80 to 90 proof liquor is the worst no matter what Bacardi would like to tell you. Your average liquor has 75 calories and ounce. Your average shot is 2 ounces making it 150 calories and your average mixed drink is 2 to 3 ounces making it as much as 225. If you drink it on the rocks it is normally a double making it a full 300 calories.

Your average wine is 125 calories per 5 ounce serving... but you generally get an 8 to 10 ounce pour at most restaurants/bars.

Short answer; everything that taste good is high in calories as well as fat margaritas, frozen and mixed drinks, cosmos depending on the flavor..if you are trying to lose weight I would suggest a glass of wine....anything in moderation that is if you can stop at one drinkif not look it up on the net and count calories....happy drinking

in excess

hard liquor will not cause you to gain an ounce, but wine and champagne are bad, anything with sugar is just terrible for you though like mike's

I just refuse to think that alcohol causes weight gain.

It is nearly impossible to decouple the link between heavy drinkers being fat and heavy drinkers not exercising. What condition are our non-drinking non-exercising people in? Probably fat.

As far as I know, there are no tests conducted which could show beyond margin of error that moderate drinking causes any weight gain.

Also, our two enzymes present at all times (alcohol dehydrogenase, and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase) do nothing if alcohol is not consumed. By consuming alcohol (7 cal/gm), we get these enzymes working, which expends energy. So even though you do consume 7 cal/gm in alcohol, by the time you are back to a BAC of 0.00, the net intake is reduced by the metabolism.

the Grease Fire
(this shot is famous down south, usually in bars that have grills/deep fryers in them for food).

First, you take Crisco or used Bacon Grease (you can use any type of oil, solid lard gives the best effect, as opposed to liquid oils).

You then mix equal parts of the grease with Everclear. Since Everyclear is ~95% alcohol by volume, it will dissolve oils. You then stir the solid chunk of grease into the Everclear, so you can watch it dissolve. Then split it up into shots. Goes down smooth and on fire.

This will definitely make you gain weight, due to the high fat content. It can also be used to make biodiesel.
