the best Jell-o Shots that I have ever tasted was at a Montreal Club bar. It was ST-Patrick's day and they celebrated with something GREEN.
KAMIKAZE JELL-O SHOTS:
1 pkg of lime jell-0
water for the mix.
6oz of Vodka
3oz of triple sec
dream whip(the one in the can)
make jell-o according to package and add the liquor.
pour into plastic shooter glasses and place in the fridge.(4hours) or until very firm.
spray some dream whip just before serving.

Subsitute your favorite booze (vodka and rum are the most common) for some of the cold water when making your favorite flavor or color of jello. There isn't really a ratio it's just how strong do you want to make them.
Use vodka instead of water when making jello. Refridge it a bit longer though.
8oz. jello
1 cup boiling hot water
1 cup cold water
4 oz.vodka or rumor gin or any liquor
Take 8oz. jello and put it in a bowl. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir dissolve. Add one cup of cold water and add liquor. Pour mixture into 1 oz. shot cups and refrigerate.
