I have the Nile, it was my first hookah and I love it. I have seen the exact same model for $250 at smoke shops without the free gear.
A few tips, they sell chipped bowels for $1.95 and its good to pick up an extra one or two. You can switch flavors easy, instead of waiting for the other bowel to cool and clean it. If you are going to travel with the hookah, grab an extra base. They sometime have chipped bases for $5. The discounted chipped gear works perfect, and is great for traveling. I was visiting a friend and she broke my travel base and bowel (tile floor). I spent less than $8 between the two, so it wasn't that bad.
If you get an extra base fill it a third of the way with water and toss it in the freezer for an hour or so. You will have ice cold water and a little bit of ice, and it with make it a very nice experience.
