I'm not sure why you would want to waste your money getting drunk on vanilla extract. It can cost around $5 an ounce for the cheap stuff, and more depending on the variety, brand, etc. To get drunk off it, you would have to drink about 4 oz or more depending on your body weight (it contains roughly 35% alcohol). It doesn't matter if you drink it strait or mix it, you are getting the same alcohol content. Just like drinking a shot of any other alcohol.
If you are considering drinking it to get drunk because you are underage and don't have access to any other alcohol, perhaps you should consider you might have a drinking problem and seek help.
Otherwise, save your money and purchase vanilla schnapps, if it is the vanilla flavor you are looking for.

If you're underage, or too poor to be able to afford real alcohol, then those are pretty good signs you shouldn't be drinking.
Get a giant bottle of mouthwash instead. Much cheaper per ounce and about 12% alcohol.
