I have a large bottle of this that was given to me as a gift and it's absolutely heavenly in coffee or over ice. Just wondering if anyone knows of any cocktails that can be made with it?

I suppose I should have explained the flavour. It is indeed very close to Bailey's. It's very rich and buttery. Rather like butterscotch with a nutty, chocolately tone.

the flavor is very close to Baileys, so use it in place of Baileys:
like mudslides:
Vodka, Kahlua, Baileys

Bushwhackers;
Vodka or rum, Kahlua, amaretto, Baileys, cr. de cocao, coconut cream
over ice cream, etc.
