Is a drink with ingredients of: malt, water, and hops, considered an alcohol drink?!


Question: or is it a non alcohol drink? there was no alcohol percentage on the bottle. and nothing else that indicated it had alcohol. i drank some and am wondering if i broke my 6 year stretch of continnual sobriety.

It completely depends on whether the malt was fermented. I'm surprised you couldn't taste it if it was alcoholic. The fact that there was no alcohol percentage on the bottle leads me to believe it may not have had alcohol but no guarantee. It almost sound like non-alcoholic beer. Ask your friends.

That depends on whether it was labeled as "beer" or "malt beverage" - malt beverages have extremely low or no alcoholic content.

Look for the government warning. If it was alcoholic, there would be your warning.
