Beer & Health?!
Anyway, i've been drinking a bottle of beer everyday and have enjoyed eight successive and undisturbed hours of sleep.
As for my question, is it okay for me to drink a bottle of beer daily? how does it affect my health? will it destroy my innards?
Answers: Hello, im not a fan of alcohol but lately i've noticed that a bottle of beer helps me with my sleep. prior to my consumption of beer, i've had trouble having a straight sleep cos usually i'd wake up a couple a times.

People vary. Generally, alcohol allows you to fall asleep faster but doesn't allow sound sleep. You're lucky in that regard. Moderate consumption of alcohol (up to one drink per day for women, two for men) does have health benefits, mostly for the circulatory system. Beer is also a source of B vitamins. Go for it. Drink a bottle of beer a day for a hundred years and you'll live a long time.
well beer is just not good for you period. If you have problems sleeping, instead of drinking try reading a book or doing something more productive until you feel tired. There is nothing good alcohol does for the body except make you "feel good"
Yes it's ok ... but alcohol does form tolerance and that can become a problem. No it won't harm you if you can just take one a day. excesses will harm you obviously, and if you have too many beers the sugar may kick in after your asleep and wake you up again. Perhaps you need to exersize to burn off your excess energy before bed...
My dear friend,
I am 66 years old and since the age of 20, I drink 5 or 6 beers a day after my work. That's Canadian Beer at 5% aalcohol.
As I said, I am 66, still working as a sommelier in a small Inn.
I am in good health, and probably will work until 70.
Cheers!
