Bar work at 17?!

Question: I'm 17 and work on the bar in a club, serving alcohol. The club pays me cash in hand, it's not on the books. They know I'm only 17, and they don't employ me so they can pay me less money, because another person who's 23 and works there gets the same amount. What would happen to me/the club if the police found out?

i could use you at my next fiesta!! if that's ok!!!

They'd lose their liquor license and get fined. I'm not sure about you; you may be risking arrest.

To you, probably not much for serving alcohol, but you would get into a lot of trouble with the tax people for working under the table.

The club could lose it's liquor license, and get a huge fine - It's $10,000 where I live, don't know where you are.

Right.
