lots of water- you'll be dehydrated, vitamin C or multivit , some food - not necessary a cooked breakfast, cereals will do.
Some head ache tablets.
dont drink
big mug of tea and a full fry up
Hi,try a couple of paracetomol. They use to work for me.
Hot coffee.
'hair of the dog that bit you' is the best one, have a shandy, should help a bit.
go out and get drunk again you have no hang over when your drunk
eat a stick of butter
drink tabasco sauce
usually there are good ideas before you drink to prevent them.but usually i just go puke, and drink another shot, then i feel better.
Lots of water and orange juice and TIME.
hair of the dog, meaning drink some more of what ever got you drunk. also a nice big greasy breakfast of bacon eggs hashbrowns and tylenol 3s helps.
You can drink water with the bread to dilute the alcohol, or else you may eventually just bring it up anyway.
For next time though, get CHASER pills to avoid aftereffects.
DRINK MORE! =D
..Or have a nice greasy friend up breakfast (or food from last night) with a nice cuppa.
A product called RESOLVE.
Its a sachet of powder taken in water.
Works wonders for me. its very effervescent, so much so that it takes the fur off your tongue in the way down, but within ten mins. you'll feel better.
A fry up. Seriously. Force yourself. After the first few mouthfuls you'll be able to handle the rest, and you will instantly feel better. Promise.
Since you have it not drinking is not an option...I have heard that a Slo Gin Fizz is the perfect cure for a hangover.
I said that REALLY quietly.
A long shower, 10 mcnuggets and a large coke works wonders for me!
Hangover symptoms are mostly from dehydration caused by poisoning. Most animals that have been poisoned will seek water to drink.
Following this logic I have successfully nursed a hangover several times by drinking water in combination with gatorade.
It won't bring your BAC level down though, only time will do that, so you should not drive for at least twelve hours even though you feel better.
In the future, another technique that I use, avoid the hangover by drinking one 8 oz glass of water between each alcoholic beverage. This will eleviate the dehydration that immediately begin to occur when you imbibe.
It sounds gross right now, but your system should accept it gratefully.
Drink lots of water and get some fruit juice...
ive heard a few theories for this....
1st- a full fatty english fry up... apparently the grease helps..
2nd- my friend swears by drinking flat coke. before she goes out, she opens abottle of coke to leave it to go flat overnight ready for the morning.
3rd- pepto-bismal, available from ur local chemist.
4th- the good ol' hair of the dog... have an alcoholic drink... many people swear by this... something to do with the alcohol balancing out the effects...
5th- make sure you drink a pint of water before you go to bed, it stops you from dehydrating in the night, which inturn stops a hangover...
hope these help..
Loads and Loads of water, you have dehydrated, Tequila is renown for that. Take care.

Lots of water and take some paracetamol and rest

Plenty of water. Also, I've taken Chaser befoe... it really works. You take 2 pills with your first drink and two more on your fourth drink and you don't get a hangover.
