Malibu Coconut Rum..........What is a good mixer with ice?!
Answers: I like Malibu on ice occasionally especially with Pineapple juice which is my favourite, but they don't make Pineapple juice in small bottles or cans now. So, what is an alternative mixer that is available in bottles from the supermarket?

I occasionally have mine with Sprite, but there are so many combinations, you will just need to experiment.

Langer's Coconut/Pineapple Juice is still sold in 28 ounce plastic bottles. Add a scoop of Pineapple Sherbet and ice in the blender!
Coconut rum is good with any soda... that's the great thing about it that you can mix with just about anything. Try juice boxes or the small cans of soda.
I like to make Coconut Cream SOda . . . with club soda to taste, then a splash of cream.
Also great with OJ.
