Answers: Can you (if your married but your wife is underage) take her to the bar? I know she wouldnt be able to be served liquer but is it legal in the state of oregon?
If it's a special night out, you can call ahead and ask that the bar prepare an affadavit of age for her. It's a document that states she is not of age and that you will be responsible for her while she is on the premises.
If they extend you this courtesy (and is it a courtesy courtesy) you wouldd be stupid as hell to let her drink a drop of booze.
Mind you, this is provided she even gets carded.
If you're not old enough, you're not old enough... it doesn't matter who you are married to.
There is no need to take her to the bar. If she can't go then you either get rid of her or you find a place you both can go to until she is old enough.
