Best way to get one is if you have an older sibling of the same sex and look somewhat alike. They go and get a new licence, saying they lost their old one, which you then take. i used to do this with my sister and it was great.
But if you dont have one or they are not cool, start talking to the dodgiest people at school...they might be able to hook you up!
p.s if you are in america, i totally feel for you. 21?!?!? Take a holiday to australia, you only have to be 18!
You have to know someone that can hook you up with one.
You don't. There is a reason most countries have a drinking age. Just drop it until you are legal. You are setting yourself up to get in trouble, or to get someone else in trouble.
