Hangovers.............?!

Question: i very rarely drink, unless its a special occasion but the last few times i have had a drink, i wake up the next day feeling crappy. not with a hangover as such but with a horrible guilty feeling like ive done something wrong the night before or something ebarrassing or just something i shouldnt have done even though i know i havent done anything! (i dont get that drunk where i cant remember!) why do i feel like this and does anyone else ever get this feeling???

I feel like that too. Apart from a hangover, I always have a guilty feeling that I've done something stupid. After a while, I figured it was just part of the hangover and I treat it as such.

Don't worry too much about it, m'dear. If you know your limits with alcohol, then you're unlikely to do anything *too* silly. ;)

I have the same problem.

Lol i have that every week i always make sure i start my session in a place where i behave myself and only have about 5 pints there before proceeding to other pubs for a day long session,so at least when your paranoid you can go back to the same relaxing first pub each week without wandering if your going to bump into somebody youve upset

alcohol is a depressant. it may be worse for some people than it is on others. that may be what you are feeling. it usually just makes me smile hah

just take an asprin before you go to bed and the hangout will either be not there in the morning or very very little and drink water too before you do to bed it helps

hope this helps you
