Champagne- will it go bad?!
Answers: I put a bottle of Champagne in the refrig but didnt drink it. I want to save it for a future occasion, can I take it back out or will that ruin it
I would not let it get warm again...leave it in the frig till you're ready to use it.
Just don't open it, and you should be good for a while. You can always smell a very off smell if it does turn, so just give it a good sniff, and if it passes, bottoms up.
Was the previous occasion unsuccessful to not finish a bottle of Champagne? If you corked it right then it will be OK.
