Car Bomb (aka Irish Car Bomb)
1 can Guiness
1 shot Baileys Irish Cream
Irish Whiskey
Pour the Guiness into a cup, pour the shot and top the shot off with a few drops (dont need too much) of Irish Whiskey, drop the shot into the cup of Guiness and chug (dont drink slow)

Long Island Iced Tea
1 part vodka
1 part tequila

Putting all wines aside, I will sip single malt Scotch whiskey any day I can. It is very expensive (the real stuff) so I have a fall back with Canadian Whiskey and the best should also be sipped straight. But for long evenings, pour a couple of ounces over ice and add a splash of water or soda.
A really good rum can be sipped straight, but it is fun with any juice and maybe a piece of fruit. Vodka (Ketel, Grey Goose )needs no help. Put the bottle in the freezer and bring it out only to refill your glass.
Mixes are mostly for people who really don't like the taste of alcoholic beverages, and have to have to make them taste like soft drinks to get them down. If you don't like real booze, don't distroy you liver and stomach on garbage. Smoke herb.Or get someone to hit you over the head with a club. You won't feel any worse the next day.

Ingredients:
1 oz Light rum
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Cream of coconut
1 slice Pineapple
1 Cherry
Mixing instructions:
Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into a highball glass. Decorate with the slice of pineapple and a cherry.
