Most people will say it is just a hang over. And this may be partly correct. However, I know of another cause of headaches from wine in particular!

It has to do with the use of sulfides in the fermenting process. It is said to mature the wines faster. But, some people get sick from this chemical. Try a wine that doesn't have sulfides and also try not to be a greedy little piggy and drink so much!

Ciao Bella!

you are hung over - the best cure is to drink some more alcohol

Drink as much water as you can, a hangover is brain shrinkage from alcohol, only water & rest can help.

Because there is acetaldehyde in your system. It takes a while to oxidize to acetic acid.
PS: You SHOULD drink water, or your enzymes won't function as efficiently and the acetaldehyde will hang around longer.

Whatever you do don't drink water, because it will make it worse. So what you have is just a hang over from driking the whole bottle

Rather than drinking water, try something like Gatorade or Pedialyte. They have electrolytes your body needs right now, and they'll stay down better than water might. They'll rehydrate you better than water will, too.

Get some rest, and you'll feel better.

I am guessing this is your first time with wine! It is the antioxidents that make you feel bad... water water water and always but wine 9.00-15.00. Good and will not leave you hungover! Cheers
