Is it legal to distill alochol at home in california ?!

Question:

Is it legal to distill alochol at home in california ?

tell me the source

Answers:
Yes, you may. There is a limit to how much you can produce, but that limit (Federal law) is a lot more than you can drink, in a year (unless you are an alcoholic or something like that).

California may have some stricter laws than the feds, but it is *still* permissable.

You just can't sell it -- it has to be for your own (family and guest's) consumption.

Yes! has been since early 1918

Alochol is legal in any state in your home as long as you are of age. You can do what you want in your home, kitchen, whatever... Have fun. Bet it tastes really bad!
