Should all 'consecrated' wine be consumed?? Is Brian D'Arcy mad??!

Question: An Irish Priest went on the radio worrying that Priests who conduct several masses in the day might end up over the legal alcohol limit for driving?
Would Jesus want all the wine consumed even if it meant breaking the law or would Jesus prefer the wine to be discarded rather than have people drink-driving??And if the wine has really been turned to blood why is it still able to raise blood alcohol??????

Most of the time the Eucharistic minister finishes off the wine left in the chalis they are using. The priest doesn't collect them all and polish them off himself.

Moot point.
