How are you suppost to drink wine cold or hot???!

Question:

How are you suppost to drink wine cold or hot???

Answers:
White wine very chilled, red wine to about 56 degrees.

It depends on the wine. As a general but not steadfast rule, white wines are drunk cold and red wines are drunk at room temperture or slightly above

Cold is how I like it!!!

White wine chilled
Red Wine at room temperature

Hot - only for mulling wine

Can be chilled - Sparkling
Room temperature - Red and White
Warm to hot - Saki

Depends on the type of wine. White wine is generally served chilled, while red wine is generally served at room temperature. Wine isn't usually heated, unless it's mulled wine (heated together with a mixture of spices).

You never drink wine HOT. You can drink it room temp or you can drink it cold. You drink Saki hot, but it's not really a wine.

It depends on the wine. White wines such as Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio are best around 55 degrees. Red wines are best a little warmer; cooler than room temperature. However, the wine should never be "hot" it will taste nasty.

generally, white wine served chilled and red wine served at room temp...but NOT hot like a 90 degree day tempterature either.

Chilled; some like red wine at room temperature but I find it's better chilled.

The only kind to drink hot might be a sake.

Cold , then you will taste its true flavor.

Red wine or a Burgundy are generally drank at room temp.... by that meaning around 56 to 65 ..... usually these two are stored in a wine rack in a cool dry place in your home, never in direct sunlight or near heat. White wines, like Rieslings (the clear, or slightly yellowed wines) are usually stored in a cooler or fridge ... around 39 to 45 degree. Everyone has their own way of drinking and storing wine according to their tastes.

white wine or white zinfandel chiled, reds at room temp and a glogg hot . but in the great cajuin chef's (justin Lennoerd) words it don't matta what kinda wine what goes with what dish as long as you like the wine is what mattas. myself I love a good valdiguie one from J lore vinyards and wine witch is a red but slightly chilled not cold and can go with any dish, everyione likes this because it is not to stronge like cabs or not to sweet like white zins
