i made it up.
1/4 oz. lime jiuce
.5 oz. egg yoke
1 oz. milk
.5 oz tequila
.5 oz. spiced rum
.5 oz. goldschlager
3 oz gin
.5 oz. pineapple jiuce
1 oz. tomato jiuce

Eeek! No! The acid in the fruit juices will curdle the milk and you'll get a vomit inducing mess.
Here's a suggestion - try it out on yourself and taste it then make up your own mind :-)
It doesn't sound too good, sorry. I would maybe try it without the egg, milk, and tomato juice.
EWW! maybe the lime juice, spiced rum, and pinapple juice and alittle of sompin else, but with eggs, mild, and all that other stuff, EWWW!!

....substitute the rum and tequilla with rotgut moonshine ( 26 oz. ) and then you got a dang good drink

No, good cocktail have rarely more than 4 ingredients and don't need a cement mixer to make or a baquet to drink it from...
What are thinking. Milk with tomato juice, pineapple juice and lime juice. The acidity will curdle the milk to begin with and the entire mix is to varied to come together and blend to anything that would be palatable.
