Hair of the Dog, made in Portland, OR. It has a high alcohol content and no carbonation. The bottle is shaped more like a wine bottle, with a domed bottom to catch the dregs. Strong and tasty. I actually found it once in NJ, where I now live.

To begin I am a hophead. This is the most amazing IPA I have put my lips to (aside from the holy grail Dogfish Head 120 minute Imperial IPA). The reason why I love this beer so much because it almost like the absence of malt, all you get is straight pine tree and hard grapefruit citrus in the front. The mouth-feel of the beer is viscous almost like you chewing on the hops. The astringent after taste is what I look for in most IPAs and this one leaves a refreshing bitterness that sticks with you in the back of your tongue. Don't forget the high alcohol that you would of never guessed or believe unless you saw it on the packaging.
Tough one... I've recently become addicted to Hoppin Frog's B.O.R.I.S. The Crusher Oatmeal-Imperial Stout. Pours as black as night, smooth as newborn's a##. Hints of chocolate and coffee.
I like the Ontario microbrews that are lagers, most of my faves have a nutty aromatic flavour to them.
Skibunny will you marry me? A girl who knows about beer?! Anyway I've rated over 1000 beers and one that scores highest that is easily accessible is 3 Floyds Alpha King. It's an American pale ale that has the perfect malt/hop combination. You get the sweet caramel malt first and then the hop bite as soon as it's swallowed. Mmmm...wish I could get one now.
Rogue chocolate stout.. ohhh my goodness it is good. And to the person with the 1000 ratings... alpha king is your favorite over Dogfish heads 90 minute? Or Bell's Two hearted?
