These "popular" girls are talking about paying an older girl to by beer for a party where there is going to be sex, drugs and smoking, and, of course, beer. should i talk to sombody about it, (tell on them =[) which i don't really want to do because of what might happen to me... but should i tell or let them get in troble or get away by themselves?

That sounds like a very silly plan... I would not tell anything, unless you know one of the girls pretty well... because then you might want to help her. Perhaps, just telll them that you think it is very stupid and irresponsible (expecially the sex and drugs), they might catch something... yuk. They'll feel rotten the day after!!!
Let's hope it does NOT catch up with them. It isn't fun to be so unsecure with themselves that they need to forget themselves by drinking and doing drugs. They are not choosing this because they are popular, they are choosing this because they are afraid of NOT being popular anymore, and that is the wrong choice.
Plan something else with a good friend for that night. go to a movie, or have some fun... and go play the drums in front of their house the morning after :) hehehe

Nope, tattling doesn't work in that situation. If they are in high school, that's their decision, and they have to suffer the consequences if they get hammered. If they get busted by their parents,which they could, then too bad for them.
Don't tell, just remove yourself from them and that situation as much as you can. I PROMISE they will pay for all of that some day.
You are facing an ethical dilemma, and you must let your concience be your guide. Telling someone like a school councillor, or teacher may help, while protecting you identity. Choosing to let them "sink or swim" on their own isn't wrong, either...you are not responsible for the irresponsible actions of others you are not a participant of.
That you asked the question is ample proof that you are able to decide which course of actiom you will take, and your knowing that what they are planning is hurtful and wrong, not to metion illegal and dangerous, says much for you as a person of morals and standards. Do as your heart leads you, and be proud of your own maturity and caring.

And no, they might get away scot free, and they might NOT have to pay for it one day as someone else said here. Yeah, I know that's not fair, but people get away with most outrageous things.
If you are not comfortable with all this, don't go. Specially the drugs part. Just say NO, and let them snort all they want to. Its themselves they are hurting.
