Contridictions?!

Question:

Contridictions?

its a contradiction in itself, can someone explain dry ice for me,how is it made and will it keep in the freezer

Answers:
Dry Ice is the solid form of carbon dioxide. It is dry because it turns from solid to a gas without becoming a liquid. Putting it in a freezer will slow down the evaporation, but it would have to be very cold to stop the evaporation.

It's solid carbon dioxide. Here's a site that explains:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/carbon_diox...

It's carbon dioxide in solid form, and it converts directly to a gas as it thaws.
