Recently i stayed in a hotel in the dominica and really want o know what was in my cocktail?!

Question: I had a lovely drink called coco loco, apparently its well known in the dominican, i have found some reciepes online but none seem right?
It was a white colour, thicker than water, slightly creamy.
Does anyone know what is in this drink, i would love to make it?

1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz cream of coconut
1 tsp grenadine syrup
3 - 5 dashes milk
1/2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice

Combine ingredients in a blender with about a 1/2 cup of ice. Blend until smooth and serve in a wine glass.

Actually if what you're finding online doesn't look right, that one might not either. The way they make it in Dominican Republic is like this:

1 oz. coconut rum
1 oz. rum
1 oz. tequila
1 oz. gin
? oz. grenadine
Cut a 3-inch hole in the top of a coconut, leaving coconut "milk" water intact. Pour in tequila, rum and gin. Add several ice cubes and stir. Throw in slice of lemon. Serve with long straw.

I'll edit myself a million times trying to go too quickly - lol If the hotel was a chain hotel, they may have made the Americanized version that I listed first. Dominicans make it the second way...
