Answers:
The answer's in the name perry = peary,
It's Pear Cider

It's pears isn't it?

Pear cider

pears

This is a stab in the dark. 'Perry' is the derivative of the French word for 'plum'. I'll stick with this answer.

I believe it's pears!

Pears..... I think!

Definitly pears. There is a particularly nice Swedish brand of Pear Cider, or perry. It tastes like juice so can be pretty lethal as you drink it really quickly without realising the effect it has on you!

PEARS DEFINITELY XXX

Definitely pears.
Although not usually as strong as cider made from apples; pear cider is becoming increasingly popular. The varieties available at beer festivals have increased over the last few years; with the strength of alcohol increasing as well.

Perry is made, from PEARS! So, it COULD have started OUT as "PEAR-Y", and, been "ALTERED", in pronunciation, over TIME!

I'm sure it's made from pears. Tastes quite nice - like a cross between cider and white wine.

Pears.
