Looking for a sweet, good champagne or sparkling wine!!!?!
Answers: Coming up on Valentines day, I am looking for a good sweet champagne or sparkling wine. My wife or myself don't care for the dry or bitter champagne. Just something to sip on that leaves a good after taste and isn't going to break the bank. Under or around $20. All opinions are appreciated!
Dry or Sweet Champagne
The driest champagnes (or sparkling wines) are called Natural. But this very dry category is one of least popular of all sparkling wines. The usual driest that most people enjoy are called, "Brut." From driest to sweetest the order is as follows: Natural, Brut, Extra-Dry, Demi-Sec, and Doux.

Get some Verdi....it's cheap and tasty!
I love both Spanish Cava and Italian Prosecco. Good, sweet (but not too sweet) sparkling wines. They run between $20 and $25.
And for Valentine's you might consider going with a pink Cava!
is there a Trader Joe's store near where you live? if so go there...they have the BEST selection of tasty sparkling wines/champagne for under $15
if not...I can suggest ASTI or a cheap Perseco at the grocery store....yummy!!!
Mumms demi-sec. It's a great sparkler. It's about $19. I love it personally.
Get yourselves some Asti Spumante. Tastes like soda pop...but better.
you could try asti spumanti this is a sweet sparkling wine from Italy prossecco as well . cava from Spain some good Australian sparklers on the market as well as American fizz ,.
but if you want to spend a bit more cash then it has to be champagne a demi sec is what you want and you can get this as a rose too but we kike Brut and for us a good Dom perignon yummy
If it's sweet, one of the best that I've tried and that my wife loves is the Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial.
Salud....os!!!!
