Which wine...?!

Question: what's the best wine u have ever drank?

Answers: what's the best wine u have ever drank?

a Georges De Latour Cab Sauv from Beaulieu Vineyard in California. 1984 vintage. went with a nice slab of prime rib and roasted potatoes. music to my mouth.

You have to ask best per dollar. The best I ever had was $35 per glass (Mondavi). The best I drink are Australian. They are underated. For the money Little Penguin and Yellowtail taste great and fit my budget.

I'm primarily a red wine drinker, but two of the best I've had were both whites. Caymus Conundrum and Cakebread Chardonnay.

I'm also ridiculously fond of a lot of Virginia wines... Prince Michel Symbius... Barboursville Octagon... Potomac Point Norton Reserve (comes in clay Pocohontas bottle made specially for Williamsburg anniversary celebration attended by Queen Elizabeth...) and anything from La Grange or Pearmund Cellars...

California cabernet sauvignon an merlot red wines and for a white wine chardonnay.

I had a Sancere last week that really knocked my socks off. It was delicious.

Otherwise, my favorite is Chambourcin. I could sit and drink that for hours.

.

I am a huge cab fan. my personal favorites are: ( especially california wines)
Joseph Phelps
Plumpjack
Chimney Rock
Fransiscan
Mt. Veeder

Meritage blend: Magnificant (by Fransiscan)

Chardonnay: La Crema, Far Niente, Rombauer, Sonoma Cutrer

Pinot Noir: ZD, Ken Brown, Sidrui, Patz and Hall, Chalone

These are all of my favorites! I hope that this helps
