I just got back from Vallarta last week! My wife loved Banana Mamas:

1 cup Rum
1 splash Grenadine
1/2 piece Banana
1 cup Pina Colada Mix
2 handfuls Ice

Combine above in a blender and serve!

He's got the recipe...to a T! They serve them in Cancun too and we make them at home all the time. It's like bringing a part of the beach home every weekend! Enjoy!!!
