Hopefully the woman you do this with has clean feet. LOL, it is really a gesture to indicate that you adore this woman. Although most women would object to it cause it might ruin the shoe. I was so in love once that I surely would have drank the bath water, so I can understand the slipper gesture. (not so gross if you love somebody really)
