I am not sure what the LCBO is but I used to bartend and we would make that mix because it is a very popular drink (as I live on Long Island). But all you do is make a ratio from 1 part of vodka, rum, gin, tequila, triple sec, 1 1/2 part sour mix and a splash of coke.

What is the LCBO?

Can you tell me what an "LCBO" is?

I have a great recipe for Long Island Ice Tea if you want it!

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

1 part vodka
1 part tequila
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
Add Coke

I despise the mix with all of my drunkenness (that's a lot). I'd just buy reasonably inexpesive clear whiskeys and mix up a vat your self.

1 part rum
1 part vodka
1part gin
1 part triple sec
2 parts sweet & sour mix
splash of cola

If you add tequila, it ceases to be a "long island" and becomes a "texas tea".
