I often opt for Balti, it's not too hot but enough to give me a little bit of a sweat. One of the reasons is that I don't always want rice with my dish. Balti is usually served with a naan instead.
depends to your taste, they are tasty but not very hot/spicy [unless you ask them to add more spice] they are also a bit thicker than normal curry
