What goes good with Citrus Vodka?!

Question:

What goes good with Citrus Vodka?

I got a bottle of citrus vodka the other day and I dont know what to mix it with. I tried code red mountain dew...not a good idea, I also tried sprite it was ok but I feel there is something out there that can make this better. Any Ideas?

Answers:
I like club soda with the flavored vodkas. It doesn't mask the taste.

try using juices and not sodas

A good vodka is supposed to colorless, and blend well into the mixer. Now we have flavored vodka. They merely have an essence of the flavor. You need to exaggerate this with your mixer, or the essence of citrus will disappear.

If I mix mine with sprite, I also squeeze fresh fruit in as well. Try a lemon, lime, and orange wedge with sprite.

Fresh orange juice, a screwdriver, always pairs well with a citrus vodka.

Or citrus vodka, cranberry, and a squeeze of a fresh orange. All will enhance the orange in your vodka.

Grapefruit juice!!!
SQUIRT!!! If you can't find SQUIRT, look for a grapefruit soda. Sounds nasty, but believe me, IT'S GREAT!!!

yah sprite is ok, but i love putting citrus vodka in cranberry and oragne juice! or grapefruit juice. thats way good. . . and if you dont want to spend the money on juice, try ginger ale and a slice of lime, that's a cheaper way to make it taste better then sprite, sprite can be kinda blah sometimes as a mixer. Another great thing would be to try you're citrus vodka with a good lemonade. . . thats one of my favorite drings (bullfrog)

happy drinking ;)

Fresca is great. And you can add a little cranberry juice too.

Try 7-up with a twist of lemon.

Also try Pomegranite juice.

Ice cubes, tonic water and squeeze a wedge of lime in there - refreshing!

Make a LEMON DROP:

Citrus Vodka
Sweet & Sour Mix
7-Up

Shake well & serve

I am not a fan of flavored vodkas, but I am sure citrus vodka would taste good with club soda. Throw in a slice of lime for a stronger citrus flavor.

try mixing it with hpnotiq and white cranberry juice. kind of a girly cocktail, but excellent on a hot summer evening served martini style shaken with ice and garnished with an orange.
