Make a Brandy Alexander, but then again you know I like frozen drinks ;)

Wine is fine, But Brandy is dandy.................

Gingerale for sure.

brandy and coke on the rocks

First you pour some into a big fancy glass
then you sit down and listen to some beautiful music and slowly sip on that brandy. A quiet night with a nice drink and some nice music. Or sitting in front of the fireplace and watching the fire on a rain drenched night all snug and cozy listening to the raindrops hit the roof and sipping some nice brandy with your sweety.Careful...it can become habit forming.

Personally, if it's good brandy, I'd drink it slightly warm with nothing in it. If it's "cooking brandy," I'd just keep it until you need it in another recipe.

If you want to try some brandy cocktails, see the website below. I can't say I've tried any of them, but you might see something you like.

Brandy is great to cook with and it is also good with a bit of coke

You can mix brandy with coke or just sip on it. But be careful, because my name is brandie and we can be very addictive.

Mix it with coke. Or have a Hot Toddy, heat brandy with equal amouts of hot water, teaspoon of honey, and a squirt of lemon. They're good and they do wonders to clear up allergies and help cold symptoms

Have you ever had a Presidente Margarita from Chili's? They're awesome! The key ingredient is brandy, that and a little cointreau. Just be careful, they'll sneak up on you.
