The wedding is in England, UK.

18 to sell alcohol on commercial premisis but it should be ok for someone younger to at a wedding reception

Where I live is 18.

Is it in a public venue? I thought the rule applied if it was in public. In any event, I believe it's 18

18.

I think you have to be 21 to serve alcohol.

It's definately 18, if it was any younger and the local authorities found out then both you and whoever you're hiring the premisis from (or whoevers premisis you are using) will be fined and face a criminal conviction. Nothing like that to ruin your big day! :-) Congratulations nonetheless :-)

18

In Texas, you must be 18.

uk - 18

It is 18 and in Texas doesn't matter if it is Private you better be 18!! Good Luck and have fun.

It depends on where you live. Most states have it set at 21 regardless of whether you are drinking or serving.

You may want to contact your local alcohol and tobacco and firearms bureau to get the correct information.

You can probably find a link on here or Google.

I would think that the person behind the bar would have to be of legal drinking age as well. The legal age would depend on the laws in your state.

This answer would be contingent upon state law, and while it does vary per geographic locale, in most of the US the minimum age for serving alcohol to the public is 18.

Consuming is all together different, usually 21. Again, this rule applies to "public" serving. In the event of a private function (like a wedding), the rules may vary slightly. A visit to your local City Hall should be able to direct you to the person who can verify the legal age in your area.

if you are selling the drink its 18 if you are not then i dont think it matters have a great day enjoy every minute

18 to serve alcohol

You had best check with your local authorities. It varies from place to place. Some places say 18, but others (Oklahoma for one) say 21.

Depends if u r providin ur own alcohol and people are not paying its fine however if money id being taken then u need to be 18 (or 17 is fine providing the licensee is there and the person is training). Good Luck with everything, hope things arnt gettin too stressful.

if its a licenced premises youre holding your reception at youd need to go with 18 or older for the bar person. im not sure about non licenced premises, but i would play safe. you dont say which country your from so im not sure, the laws are all different depending where you come from

yeah, i think its 21

Well where I live you have to be 21 to be behind the bar making the drinks but you can serve them at 18.

The same as drinking it, 18.

Its 18 in the UK.Maybe with it being free it will not matter.Have a lovely day.

Anyone serving alcohol at all has to be 18 no matter whether they are taking money for it or not
