I like Tabasco's Bloody Mary mix or Mr. T's, add some vodka, personally I like Absolut Pepper Vodka, if you want it spicy. If not then get some vodka, I add crushed red pepper (little) black pepper and some horse radish. add a celery stalk and a lemon. Go all out and add a clam or clam juice.
Follow same for Bloody Maria, instead of vodka&lemon, add tequila and lime
Fresh tomatoes blended with a little horseradish, worchestershire sauce, tabasco sauce s& p, splash of beef broth... first blend that mix 2 days ahead and chill it. That makes a nice thick base. A good bloody depends on the mix. Then blend it with a good vodka (not absolut) grey goose l'orange adds a nice twist, or smirnoff if you're on a budget. Try not to water it down with too much ice, that's key!
