I would further discourage them from drinking at all. Their brains are still developing in major ways to the mid-20s, and alcohol disrupts that.
I have in the past when I was 21 for a friend I worked with that was 20. I was so nervous afterwards that something might happen, so I never did it again.
Although I will let my cousin who is 20 have some drinks when he is in my presence.

though I do not agree with the legal drinking age in this country I wouldn't risk my freedom: I.E. jail to buy you alcohol.....Sorry I really hate bologna sandwiches and stale apples.

Depends on who it is...like if they're responsible enough to handle it, and not get alcohol poisoning or something, you know? I'm a minor, so I mean, I appreciate people buying it for *me* definitely lol.
Anyways, like when my sisters get older and I'm finally out of the house, if they wanted me to, I'd totally buy it for them, they're my sisters, and as long as I don't get caught then why not? haha, probably not the best way to look at it, but oh well...

Considering how hard they work everyday, underground, digging, blasting, and shoveling coal, gold, and other precious rock, I would gladly buy any Miner alcohol. The risks they face everyday, of getting trapped, getting black lung, and suffocating on heavy, poisonous gases, I believe any miner deserves a drink on the house!
