coorslite

Quit your whining and get budweiser

In my opinion, Guinness goes well with everything...

If that's too heavy, maybe Blue Moon?

Coors or Corona

I drink the Coors light myself even though Im from Milwaukee originally. You could try some Hacker Schore that is how it is pronounced not spelled. Drink it with a lemon. I think it starts with a P.

Heineken, my opinion. but honestly any beer will do the job for a Superbowl party. just make accommodations for your guests to not drink and drive. have a good time!

Samuel Adams Boston Lager's strong hops will handle the heat of spicier sauces

Your best bet with wings and munchies and what-not would be Hacker Pschorr, which is a light, yet sweet weiss beer. It's not as 'wheaty' as most weiss beers, like leinenkugel's or Lowenbrau. It's easy on the palette, and has a very smooth finish.

Another good choice, (if you can find it) is 'La Fin du Monde', which is made in Quebec. It's recipe is based off of an abbey trappel, which is an ancient form of brewing that incorporates hot rocks and triple fermentation, which sweetens the taste.

The beer is very sweet, but not rot-your-teeth-out sweet. It has mild fruity flavors, and a hint of vanilla. It's perfectly carbonated, and doesn't fill you up too fast.

Hope that helps.

If your guest want something other than what you want to buy have them bring their own. You don't have to go broke to have a good time and they don't need to assume you will provide everything. There is nothing wrong with asking them to BYOB or maybe a dish to pass. And I don't mean a bag of chips.

You can always go the cheap way and get a 30 pack of cans of some cheap, watery american beer.

If you want to try something different and drink beer that tastes good, peruse your local liquor store and try something new!

If you want to please a lot of people, try a Hefeweizen or German wheat beer. It is an unfiltered beer which gives it a cloudy look. It can be served with a lemon which brings out a great flavor. It's a tasty beer that will satisfy those who appreciate the taste of a good brew, and it's not too heavy for those who are used to watery domestic beer.

Get a few different six packs and try some better beer!

I picked up a mixed selection of Ommegang products for Christmas and they were a hit. There recently started selling almost all their beers in 4-packs along side the bombers. In fact I had to of the Witte last night from 12 ounce bottles.

Ommegang specializes in Belgium style beers brewed in good old Cooperstown NY. I like the Witte as I mentioned above... The Hennepin is great... Any way here are a few of there beer choices:

I do also agree with the above poster Unibroue is the best thing to ever come out of Canada and is enough to make me forgive them for Celine Dion.

How about Grolsch or Yeungling or Red Stripe or Bass Ale or New Castle

If you are getting hot wings, may I suggest something hoppy. There is nothing better with hot and spicy hot than a delicious IPA. Go with a pale ale, or step up to an IPA if you can handle the hops.
