150 ml is two thirds of a cup. With the other ingredients in a martini, you are likely drinking the equivalent of 2 1/2 - 3 ounces of gin, some vermouth and a garnish of some sort. That's about a decent shot and a half of alcohol. Nothing that is going to kill you quickly on a "one a night" basis - though if you're a light weight with alcohol, your body will become used to it, and you will likely require more alcohol at some point.
