INGREDIENTS:
2 oz vodka
cranberry juice
pineapple juice
lime wedge for garnish
PREPARATION:
Pour the vodka into a ice filled highball glass.
Top with equal amounts of cranberry and pineapple juice.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Vodka, especially the cleaner tasting more expensive ones like Grey Goose, are neutral spirits that have hardly any flavor, besides that "alcohol" flavor. Basically you can mix it with anything you want, and at worst, it tastes like alcohol.
Any drink you can find at a gas station that you think is super tasty without alcohol, just mix the vodka with it, it will still be super tasty, and now have a kick.
i always go with orange juice (and make a screwdriver). you can also use cranberry juice, which is also good (but definitely a chick drink). but there are so many other options: if you want high adrenaline you can go with an energy drink like red bull... or club soda, sprite, diet coke if you want a nice drink that you can relax with...
mix the grey goose in a mixer with a little ice to chill it, then put it in a rimmed, with sugar, shot-glass and chase with a slice of Lemon. It's kinda like a lemon drop but they usually have lemon vodka.
and whatever i love mixed drinks and only use the top shelf stuff. Vodka/Cranberry... another great one... Vodka and Vermouth... and some olive water... great dirty martini...
