Answers: The kind of champagne that you like is the one you shoud use. I like Asti Spumanti. I also freeze the berries and drop one in the glass and slowly pour the cold bubly on top. Very romantic!

Champagne and strawberries just go together well like steak and potatoes. Strawberries in Champagne look beautiful and is very romantic. No other reason. Any champagne will do, but my favorite are Schramburg's and Dom Perrion. Just stay away from something like Andre or other cheap stuff.
