Aluminum bottles in casinos?!

Aluminum bottles in casinos?

I have been frequenting the casinos and in OK where I live you can take an aluminum bottle or can with you to drink, but you have to sit at the bar to drink from a bottle.....what is the deal?

Lots of places have been switching away from glass for a long time now. To prevent broken glass on the floor and heaven forbid someone using it as a weapon.
