I need to learn about Mexican Beverages from agava to Pepsi?!

Question: any books or restaurants

Answers: any books or restaurants

Agave is the plant used to make tequila. When drinking tequila I recommend finding types made only from 100% blue agave (Cielo, Patrón, Don Julio, Corazon, Milagro, etc.)

Check out my restaurants website: http://www.xochitlphilly.com
We even serve Mexican Coca-Cola. (I don't know about Mexican Pepsi.)
We serve a variety of different drinks from Mexico.
Also scope Tequila Afficiando Magazine at: http://www.tequilaaficionado.com

I'm not sure what you mean by 'mexican beverages'... I assume by 'agava' you mean agave, which is the plant that is used to make tequila. And as far as Pepsi goes, this is drunk all over the world, it's not really a mexican beverage.
