It is perfectly safe so long as you are not justifying alcoholism in this way. If you are doing this on a regular basis then you should consider light or lite beers with a reduced alcohol content (2 to 3.5% alcohol) from a medical standpoint. Beer also contains malt extracts and yeasts which provide nutritional values in themselves. also Hops which are used as a bittering agent in beer are also used to produce the active ingredients in anthelmintics (worm tablets), and beer drinking is said to have a similar effect on worms thus assisting your health even more. Life is just better with beer.

IT IS NOT BEER THAT GIVE YOU APPETITE. A GLASS OF WATER CAN DO THE SAME THING

you are fine, and if you can make it Guinness, it will do the same, but has a little less Alc.

and for 1 beer no problem

one beer before a meal will not hurt you. the small amount of alcohol in one beer is perfectly safe.
