Water melon, grapes, celery, lettuce, tomatoes, any watery fruit or veg is good as it hydrates your body and cools it down.

cucumbers have cooling effects. i've never tried them all over myself just on my eyes to sooth and cool and reduce puffiness

melon! especially water melon.

eat some melon! doesn't matter what kind, watermelon, canteloupe, or honeydew. Its make up is almost entirely water, so chill it in the fridge and when you eat it you will be refreshed because you will be rehydrating!

any fruits or vegies which contains lots of water in it shld be able to, say watermelon etc. Apply moisturiser onto ur face if u wanna keep it cool and moist, but if u dun have any, u could mix water with a bit of milk and spray it onto ur face.

Lemon juice, Water melon, Cucumber, sugarcane juice

The melons, especially watermelon are good for hot weather. The better hydrated you are, the better you can tolerate the heat. In hot weather, I tend to eat lightly and favor cold foods and salads that wont make me feel "weighted" down.
