I'm partial to skirt steak and a nice Bordeaux.
Mine is filet mignon and a reisling (i'm young and like sweet)
I've heard of flat iron steak but I've never made it before.
Rib-eye, or filet, with a chrianza from the rioja region of spain, or a good chardonnay (yeah I know reds with beef, but I love chardonnay)!
Filet mignon and Pinot noir
My favorite is filet mignon coated with crushed black pepper with a nice Riesling. Never heard of flatiron, sorry!
A plain ol sirloin, medium well, red wine, maybe a nice salad, mmmm, now I am hungry.
