The legal drinking age in Manitoba is 18 and in Ontario it is 19. I'm assuming these teens are 18 which is why they went to Manitoba to drink. If they are your childern I understand why you might want to be upset, but if they behaved responsibly (no drinking and driving, no going home with strangers, etc) I don't think you should be too upset, especially if this was a one time thing.
