Jello shooters?
Anyone have a recipe for "after eight" jello shooter, or any choclolately mint jello shooter?
Answers:
1/2 oz Tia Maria? coffee liqueur
1/2 oz creme de menthe
1/2 oz Bailey's? Irish cream
Also try After fives
peppermint schnapps (or Peach schnapps)
Bailey's? Irish cream
Kahlua? coffee liqueur

I've never had after eight jello shooter, i just normally drink shots.
There aren't really any flavours of jello that would work with this shot so you'd have to start with unflovoured gelatin (Knox) and mix it with the liquors below. This recipe is for one shot so depending on how many you want to make just multipy the recipe and follow the instructions on the back of the gelatin box to see how much gelatin is required.
After Eight recipe
1/2 oz Tia Maria? coffee liqueur
1/2 oz creme de menthe
1/2 oz Bailey's? Irish cream

1 cup creme de cacao
4 oz package cherry jell-o
1 cup hot water
Heat water to boiling point. Dissolve jello in the water, add creme de cacao and chill in plastic shot glasses. Serve when ready.
