Whats a good cocktail to make with tia maria?!
1 measure Tia Maria
1 measure Cognac
champagne
Chill a large champagne glass. Pour in the Tia Maria and Cognac and fill almost to the brim with champagne. Add cracked ice and garnish with a black cherry.
Jamaican Cow
1 part Tia Maria
4 parts milk
Pour 1 measure of Tia Maria into a high-ball glass and top up with milk straight from the fridge. Add a couple of ice cubes and stir.
Tropical Tia
1 part Tia Maria
1 part lime juice
4 parts tonic water
Pour ingredients into a high-ball glass filled with ice and add a slice of lime.

1 measure Grand Mariner
1 measure Lemon Hart Rum
three quarters of a pint of fresh orange juice
dash of lime juice
Mix well together in a jug, serve in a tall glass with plenty of ice.

A Black Russian with Tia Maria instead of Kahlua is delicious. It is equal parts Tia Maria and Vodka over ice.
There aren't many but you could put a shot in your coffee and float some cream on top.
b52 shooters. layer 1 part bailey's (bottom), 1 part tia maria (middle), half part grand marnier (top). i normally use kahlua instead of tia maria though. enjoy!
